| 摘 要： | 文章分析了高校图书馆的读者工作必须保持其服务性特征,设置读者"借阅权限"要坚持服务原则。从信息资源共享的角度看,有些读者"借阅权限"是有其合理性的。对于高校图书馆应如何规范读者"借阅权限",以实现资源的共有、共享,笔者提出了自己的建议。

Some readers borrowing competence have their own rational nature. In order to achieve the total resources sharing,the author give suggestions on how to standardize readers borrowing competence of College Library. |
