| 摘 要： | 中韩两国同属亚洲经济圈,与劳动力资源紧密相关的职业教育合作与交流是文教交流的重要组成部分。众所周知,韩国经济成功的一个重要原因,就是为社会和企业输送了大批具有较高素质的经过职业教育培养的劳动力。韩国职业教育发展的经验、教训对工业化进程中的国家,包括发展中国家借鉴意义很大。韩国的职业教育起步相对早一些,而且经过了市场推手的调整,更得力于政府部门的适当调控,配以研究体系的逐渐完善,课程体系的大幅度改革,佐以企业界的支持力度提升,职业教育的发展已逐步走向成熟。本文从韩国职业教育的现状、改革简况等视角入笔,结合我们的职业教育发展,综述对于职业教育发展规律的隅见。

| Abstract: | Both China and Republic of Korea belong to the Asian economic cycle,and it is an important constituent for their cooperation and the exchange of vocational education which is close related with the labor force resources to the exchange of their culture and education. It is well known that an important reason for the economy success of Republic of Korea is labor force in large numbers with high quality and trained by the process of vocational education,transported for the society and the enterprises.There's much in its experience and lesson from vocational education development of Republic of Korea. The country is always being in the industrialization advancement ,including the developing nations which can make use of that. The vocational education development of Republic of Korea has being moved towards gradually maturely because it started relatively earlier.Moreover,it was passed through the internal adjustment of the market,and further more benefited much from the suitable regulation of the government departments,matched with the research system being gradually improved efficiently,and the reform of curriculum system in large scale,and assisted by the great support promotion of the business community.This article mainly summarizes my own opinion on the rule of vocational education ,contrasting the development of our vocational education,writing from the angles of view and so on of the present situation and reform of vocational education of Republic of Korea. |
