| 摘 要： | 高校贫困生问题已引起社会的高度关注,确保每一位大学生不因经济困难而辍学,国家、各高校和银行进一步建立和完善了以国家助学贷款为主体的"奖、贷、助、补、减免缓"五位一体等一系列的助学工作体系,成为构建"和谐校园"的有效途径和有力保障。

| Abstract: | Gradually,the society is arousing more and more concerns about the problems of poor college students.In order to ensure every college student do not stop schooling because of the finicial difficulies,our nation,colleges and banks further establish and perfect the aid work system which has the country-aid as the main body and takes five methods "the award,the loan,the aid,the compensate,reduce and postpone" at the same time.This is not only an important measure to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education for college students presently,but also an effective way and powerful safegurd to construct the harmonious campus. |
