| 摘 要： | 本文分析职业院校生源成分的特殊状况、学生心理问题的成因、表现,认为通过多种形式、制度化的有效的心理健康教育,释解内在阻力,克服心理障碍,使学生在思想上产生实质性转化,可实现德育目的。日常德育工作主要依靠班主任、辅导员完成,因此,班主任、辅导员应提高对学生进行心理健康教育和解决学生心理问题的能力。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the special situation of the students composition,the cause and performance of students psychological problems in the Vocational Colleges.Through various forms and institutionalized effective mental health education,it helps to allay intrinsic resistance and overcome psychological barriers,so that the students have a substantive ideological transformation to achieve the moral purpose.The daily Moral work mainly depends on the class directors and counselors.It pays more attention on the abilities of the class directors and counselors on how to improve mental health education of the students and solve their psychological problems. |
