| 摘 要： | 在构建社会主义和谐社会的征程中,拥有一支优秀的领导干部队伍对于社会各项事业的发展有着重要的作用。而作为领导干部,不断提高自己的素质从而能够更好地起到"火车头"的作用、担负起引领群众干事创业的责任则尤为重要。本文认为,领导干部素质的提高要从"总结"和"自省"两个方面着眼,通过这两个途径,领导干部方能提高自身素质和执政能力,在群众中树立良好的榜样、发挥示范作用。

| Abstract: | In the journey to build a socialist harmonious society, a good contingent of leading cadres for the development of various social undertakings has an important role. As a leading cadres, it is particularly important to constantly enhance one's quality in order to better serve as a "head of train " ,and assume leading responsibility for entrepreneurship. In this paper, to improve the quality of cadres depends on two aspects-- :summary" and " self - examination". Through these two channels, leading cadres can improve their own qualities and the ability to govern the masses and set a good example as a model. |
