校园化粪池出水人工湿地处理系统微生物的时空分析研究

摘    要:采用人工湿地系统处理校园化粪池出水,研究人工湿地中各级污水处理单元微生物的时空分布,并对优势菌进行定性定量监测.从生活污水流经化粪池人工湿地系统处理后的结果看,微生物总数的数量级由107降到105,其中致病菌的数量明显减少,说明该系统对致病微生物具有明显的净化作用.

Abstract:This study monitored the microbes for their temporal and spatial distribution in different units of the artificial wetland system treating campus septic tank effluent and measured the number of dominant bacteria qualitatively and quantitatively.The result shows that after treatment of the artificial wetland system,the total number of microbes are lowered to 105 order of magnitude from 107 and pathogenic germs are reduced significantly,which proves that the system can remove pathogenic microbes efficiently.
