| 摘 要： | 起源于西方的女性主义其核心是要求妇女享有身为人类的完整权利。在中国，由于特殊的文化传统和社会意识形态，对女性意识的生存空间产生了限制性影响。当前中国，性别立法偏于理想主义，公共政策中女性影响力弱、参与度低，教育资源分配不公。在既有体制内，如果从人们通常理解的集体主义出发，赋予女性平等权利、维护女性正当利益，可以更容易为女性赢得更多的团体利益，为女性意识创造真正的自由空间。

| Abstract: | Feminism is a western idea, the core demand of which is for women to have the whole rights as human beings. The living space of feminism in China is greatly affected by the particular cultural tradition and ideology of China. At present, gender legislation is still idealistic, women＇ s participation in public policy making is limited, educational resources allocation for the female is unfair. It will be easier for women to obtain collective benefits and create a really free space for feminist awareness, if within the existing system and out of the collectivism as we normally understand it, women are given equal rights and their legitimate interests are safeguarded. |
