摘    要:以SD大鼠为实验对象建立力竭运动模型,探讨了大豆总皂甙(TS)对大鼠各组织总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响.结果表明,大豆总皂甙能显著提高大鼠运动的力竭时间,提高大鼠各组织总抗氧化能力.

Abstract:The study explores the establishment of the model of exhaustive exercise with SD rats as experimental subject and the influence of total soybean saponins(TS) on the total antioxidant capacity of rat tissues.The results show that soybean saponins can remarkably raise the rats' exhaustive time and increase the total antioxiandant capacity of rat tissues.
