| 摘 要： | 王海明在《新伦理学》中把伦理学的原初概念定位为＂价值＂,并确立起＂是-应该＂之原初概念系统,这种思路显然不符合伦理事实本身。因为一切价值都产生于事实的土壤之中,伦理学的原初事实是人＂因生而活、为活而生且生生不息＂地谋求其生活之利益,因而,＂利益＂才构成伦理学的原初概念。伦理学的原初概念系统是以＂利益＂为核心、以权利与责任对等、利害与爱恨对等为两翼敞开形态,以其原初概念系统为观念土壤,生成＂伦理行为＂,并通过＂伦理行为＂这个核心概念,生成出伦理学的＂是-必须＂系统和＂必须-应该＂系统：由＂伦理行为＂概念生发出伦理行为类型学说,由＂是-必须＂系统生发出＂使人成为人＂的道德规范体系,由＂必须-应该＂系统生发出＂使人成为大人＂的美德自励理论。
