| 摘 要： | 未成年人是未来的建设者,加强未成年人思想道德教育,已成为关系国家前途和民族命运的希望工程。然而,未成年人道德成长的环境还不尽如人意：学习成绩仍然是教育关注的焦点,学校道德教育过于注重共性,家长不注意言传身教,大众传媒的负面内容影响着未成年人的价值观念和行为取向,适合未成年人特点的活动场地相对缺乏。因此,应该根据未成年人身心成长的特点,创新学校道德教育,创建民主、和谐、平等的家庭教育环境,引导未成年人与同辈群体的交往。家庭、学校、社会加强沟通,相互配合,共同创造未成年人健康成长的良好社会环境。
