| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是匡扶社会正义和维护教育公平的最好举措。扶贫助困是助学贷款的终极目标,相信贫困学子能偿还贷款是其基本信条,而符合其特征的模式构建和制度设计是其关键环节,通过政府、银行、学校和社会的共同努力,可以让更多的贫困学子享受高等教育的阳光和助学贷款的雨露。

| Abstract: | National student loan is a measure to uphold social justice and equal access to education.To assist the poor and difficult is the aim of student loan,with its trust laid in the students' future ability to repay their loans.A mode catering to their needs and the design of the system are the key links.Joined efforts from the government,bank and school,and the society at large will enable more poor students to benefit from student loans. |
