| 摘 要： | 阳光体育运动的实施对中学体育教学有重要的影响作用。具体表现在学校对体育教学的重视程度在逐步加深,体育教师的教学态度、教学内容、教学方法和学生对体育运动的喜欢和参与度等都有所提高和改善。随着我国中学＂阳光体育运动＂的开展,我们应该进一步促进中学生积极参与体育锻炼,切实提高其体质和健康水平。

| Abstract: | Sunshine sports are producing important effects on the teaching of physical education in middle schools as more emphasis is given to physical education,and improvements are seen in teachers' attitude,the content and teaching method of the course,and students' participation in sports.With the development of Sunshine Sports on school campuses,we need to push forward for more students' participation in physical training to improve their health. |
