| 摘 要： | 王海明教授的《新伦理学》对公正领域几乎所有重要问题和概念,都进行了尽可能详尽和周密的逻辑论证与价值探索,对历史上但凡具有重要影响的思想家的公正观,都进行了客观理性的评价、梳理和辨析,并在此基础上提出了最具原创性的理论见解,将人类公正理论问题研究的前沿阵地,特别是平等理论研究的前沿阵地,在当代比较明显地向前推进了一步。

| Abstract: | New Ethics by Prof.Wang Haiming makes possibly exhaustive and meticulous logic augmentation and value studies on almost all important issues and concepts in the field of justice.Clear delineation and hair-split discrimination are presented on influential concepts of justice in history with objective and sensible appraisal.On this basis,the book puts forward its original theoretical insights,advancing the theory of justice,especially the theory of equality,to the frontier of research,which is an obvious step forward in the study. |
