| 摘 要： | 随着国家经济体制改革和开放搞活方针的贯彻,外资已成为我国经济发展的重要资金来源之一.而我国调整外商投资企业的法律却与公司法存在着不相协调的地方,中国即将加入世贸,外商投资企业法与公司法的接轨已成为目前亟待解决的问题.
