教师的教育智慧

摘    要:在教师的教育智慧中应该包含这样的内容:一种是与教学过程相伴的教育机智,另一种是在长期实践和反思后的实践智慧基础上形成的教学个性,还有一种是高效教育教学过程不可或缺的灵性与创造性。教师教育智慧的形成过程是与其专业成长相伴的。教师的教育智慧可以促进教师的专业成长,而教师的教育智慧在教师的专业成长过程中也在不断地增长。

On Teachers' Educational Wisdom

Abstract:Educational wisdom consists of three parts: One is the teaching wittiness, which is concomitant with the procedure of teaching. The second is the teaching personality formed on the base of the long-term practice and reflection. The last is something of creativity that is indispensable for an effective teaching. The cultivation of educational wisdom is accompanied with teachers'professional growth. The educational wisdom can promote the professional growth of a teacher, while the professional growth of a teacher can help to develop his educational wisdom.
