| 摘 要： | "城中村"像一个复杂的链条,关联着城镇建设中一系列的问题,要使将变成城里人的村民们在较短时间里,完成观念到身份的转变,在一定程度上讲,并不逊色于上个世纪的农村体制改革.如何有效、全面、和谐地完成"城中村"的改造,是加快城镇化建设,实现区域经济发展的保障.
