| 摘 要： | 全面建成小康社会和实现中华民族伟大复兴是党的十八大为我们描绘的"中国梦"。人才是第一资源,是实现所有奋斗目标的关键。实施人才强国战略,走"人才兴国"之路,培养、使用大批品德高尚、知识渊博、能力出众的高素质人才,全面提升国家创新能力和核心竞争力,使我国从人口大国变为人才强国,是建设富强、民主、文明、和谐的现代化国家,实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键。

| Abstract: | Fully constructing a moderately prosperous society and achieving the great revival of the Chinese nation are the ＂China Dream＂ depicted by the 18th CPC National Congress. Talent is the first resource and the key to achieving all our goals. Implementing the strategy of strengthening the country through human resource development, following the road of reinvigorating China by talents, and cultivating and using large quantities of men of noble moral character, broad knowledge, and outstanding competence are of great importance to comprehensively advance the innovative and competitive ability of our country and turn the populous coun- try into a strong country of talents so that China can become a prosperous, democratic, civilized, and harmonious modern country, which is the great revival of our nation. |
