| 摘 要： | 采用问卷结合座谈的调查方法 ,对玉溪市中学的教师、教育管理者、学生及其家长进行了调查。分析结果表明 ,玉溪市中学生普遍具有强烈的升学愿望 ,绝大多数家长和教师也希望他们的孩子或学生进入高中学习 ;玉溪市普及高中阶段教育的关键问题是资金和师资 ,而玉溪市民在政策允许的情况下大多数愿意投资教育 ,玉溪市的中学教师在工资和福利有保证、政策明朗的情况下也愿意去民办高中任教 ,等等。由此得出 :玉溪市普及高中阶段教育是必要的、可能的 ,也是可行的结论

| Abstract: | A questionnaire and talk investigation conducted with teachers, administrators, students and parents shows that: students have a strong demand to enter senior high schools; the majority of parents and teachers want their children and students to enter senior high school; the key problem of middle school education popularization is investment and teachers; most citizens in Yuxi are willing to invest in education as far as the policy allows; middle schools teachers are willing to work in a private senior high school as long as their salaries, welfares and are quarantined by policies. The conclusion reached in this study is the popularization of senior middle school is necessary, possible and feasible. |
