| Abstract: | Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR),which was developed by Chinese scientists and originated from the traditional Chinese philosophical thinking,is a systematic approach aimed at solving complex system problems.This paper attempts to apply WSR principles into information systems planning(ISP).Based on WSR principles and WSR general problem solving approach,a WSR-based ISP framework and WSR-driven ISP approach is developed.The proposed ISP approach driven by WSR consists of four stages: analyzing,modeling,coordination,and transformation. |
