| 摘 要： | 旅游管理体制建设对旅游产业的发展具有重要作用,加强旅游管理体制改革,不断完善运行机制建设不仅关系到旅游产业建设能否顺利推进,也是促进旅游产业可持续快速发展的重要保证。因此,大力推进综合试验区管理体制改革,对综合试验区的旅游发展就尤为必要。为此,综合试验区对管理体制改革进行了有益的尝试,主要有包括在坚定政府主导型管理体制模式的基础上,积极探索有效的管理措施;优化投资环境,完善投融资和土地管理体制;制定完备的旅游产业发展政策,完善行业管理体制。

| Abstract: | Management system construction is important for the development of the tourism industry.Strengthening the management system and continuously improving the construction of its operational mechanism can safeguard not only the smooth progress but also the sustainable and rapid development of the tourism industry.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to vigorously push forward management system reform in the Comprehensive Experimental Zone.To this end,rewarding attempts have been made in the Zone including explorations for efficient managerial measures while maintaining the government-dominant mode of management,optimization of investment environment,improvement of investment and financing policies and land management policies,formulation of complete policies for the development of the tourism industry,and improvement of the industry management. |
