| 摘 要： | 课堂教学是教学工作的基本组织形式,是保障教学中心地位的重要环节,教师课堂教学的效果直接关系到学生的学习质量和学校的整体办学水平。因此,在对教师课堂教学进行评价的过程中,最主要的是评价的指标体系要合理、实用,评价过程要规范、科学,评价的结果要客观、公正。

| Abstract: | As the basic form of teaching activity organization,classroom instruction is the center of school education.The effectiveness of classroom teaching determines students' learning efficiency and the overall quality of the school.Therefore,in classroom instruction evaluation,reasonable and practicable evaluating index systems,standardized and scientific evaluating processes and objective and justifiable evaluating results should all be taken into consideration. |
