| 摘 要： | 腐败作为一种历史现象和世界性问题 ,本质上是私有制和剥削阶级的产物。我国现阶段存在的腐败现象是经济体制转轨时期特有的历史现象 ,而不是根本制度性的腐败 ,在中国共产党领导下 ,可以通过社会主义制度自身的不断完善和社会发展逐步加以解决。因此 ,要正确认识和看待腐败问题 ,坚定党的领导和社会主义信念 ,进而坚定反腐必胜的决心和信心。

| Abstract: | Corruption as a historical phenomenon is essentially a manifestation of private ownership and exploitation. The present official corruption in China can not be traced to the socialist system, but to the historical process of the transformation from one economic system to another. It will be overcome by the perfection of the socialist system under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. |
