| 摘 要： | 性贿赂是当前贪污贿赂犯罪中存在得较为普遍的现象,是否将性贿赂引入刑法条文及应当如何制裁仍是一个颇具争议的问题。从犯罪理论、犯罪构成等多方面的分析来看:应该有效打击性贿赂犯罪,但将其纳入刑法尚不成熟。

| Abstract: | Many corruption bribing crimes involve sex now,but it is still controversial as regards whether to introduce criminal laws and how to punish this practice.An analysis from criminal theories and the criminal components showed sex bribery should be punished but conditions are still not ready for it to be included in criminal laws. |
