| 摘 要： | 民族传统体育是寓竞争性和技巧表演性、娱乐游戏性、艺术观赏性、趣味性、健身性为—体的综合运动形式 ,它的推广使学生对体育的各种需求得到满足 ,促使其终身体育意识的形成 ,同时 ,使民族传统体育朝着科学化、规范化的方向发展 ,把我国民族传统体育项目推向世界 ,为世界体育事业的发展做出积极的贡献

| Abstract: | Many traditional ethnic sports are comprehensive in the sense that they are competitive, skillful, entertaining, artistic, interesting as well as health building. Popularization of these sports will satisfy various needs and help develop a life-long education concept. The scientific development of standardized traditional ethnic sports will also bring world-wide recognition and become part of the international sports games. |
