| 摘 要： | 中国传统文化博大精深,传统饮食便是其一朵艳丽的奇葩。如今,随着对外交流的日益频繁,中式菜肴的准确英译在传播中华饮食文化上起着极为关键的作用。因此,结合翻译实践探讨中式菜肴的英译方法和技巧,就显得很有意义。
