| 摘 要： | 罚金刑是刑罚附加刑之一种,新刑法关于罚金刑制度的规定,相比较旧刑法的规定,有了长足的进步。但是仍在诸如罚金刑的地位、罚金数额的确定、罚金刑的执行等方面存在不尽人意之处,刑法应当就上述问题进行进一步的完善。

| Abstract: | The pecuniary penalty is one of the accessory punishment of penalty.The institutions of pecuniary penalty in the new criminal law are much better than that in the old one,but our new criminal law still needs to be proved in the following aspects,such as the status of pecuniary penalty,the ascertain of the amount of money,the enforcement of the pecuniary penalty and so on. |
