| 摘 要： | 法律解释的有权解释主体 ,在我国既包括立法机关 ,又包括司法机关。但是从法学理论的角度出发 ,法律解释应归属于法律适用的阶段 ,立法机关拥有法律解释权不妥。《立法法》的颁行使得该问题更加彰显。

But law interpretation belongs to the execution according to the legal principle so that the legislative office cannot interpret laws. With the Legislative Law going into effect, the issue of law interpretation has been become serious. |
