| 摘 要： | 绿色多维建筑设计模式,把城市交通与城市建筑融为一体,关注城市建筑在城市交通体系中的地位及其对交通的影响,关注常住居民和流动人群与建筑之间的关系,注重原生态的利用与自然环境的保护;通过融入人性化设计手法,以建筑与建筑间、建筑与交通间的"通透性"为建筑之"意",以减少路面人口流量,减轻交通压力,提高交通运行效率为目标,来实现资源和能源的节约、环境的保护、建筑与交通的和谐与城市的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Multi-dimensional green building design mode integrates urban buildings with urban transportation and highlights the importance and impact of urban buildings in urban transportation system,the relationship between settled and moving population and buildings,the utilization of the original ecology,and the protection of natural environment: By adopting humanized design tactics and centering in the "permeability" among buildings and between buildings and transportation,the multi-dimensional green building design mode tries to reduce population flow on rood,lighten traffic pressure and improve traffic efficiency,and finally achieve the purposes of resoures and energy resoures economization,environmental protection,harmony between building and transportation,and the sustainable development of the city. |
