摘    要:在外语学习的过程中,学习者表现出很大的个体差异,这给外语教学带来了较大的困难,也给外语教师提出了新的研究课题。外语学习者的学习动机、学习风格、个体差异等因素对外语教学的效果同样起着关键的作用。实现分层递进、因材施教,使学习者能进行最快的、最有效的学习,从而形成有效的外语学习策略,为其可持续发展打下坚实的外语基础。

Abstract:In the process of foreign language teaching(ELT), the learners often show large personal differences, which result in more difficulties in ELT. The FLT fields have paid much attention to the research of the teaching style,but the leaming motivation, style,personai differences in characters, and other factors of the students play as the key roles as the teaching style in FLT results. The article makes an analysis on the differences of the students from the point of view of educational psychology and fo-cuses on how to teach the students with different methods, how to teach them step by step to get the best results in the shortest possible time. The writers, summarized their own teaching experience in Eng-lish teaching practice, have proposed some high - efficient and concrete English teaching and learning methods, which would help the students to form their own leaming methods of foreign language and would lay a solid foundation of foreign language for their future continuous development.
