| 摘 要： | 高校档案室相对落后 ,档案结构不合理、内容不全、管理方式落后 ,档案管理人员服务意识淡薄 ,缺乏专业复合性人才。加强档案队伍建设 ,提高档案工作人员的素质 ,优化管理、美化环境、改革工作方式、加快档案信息化建设是正确的改革方向。

| Abstract: | The development of file rooms in Chinese universities is comparatively slow compared with those of other countries in the world . There are still a lot of problems in the pile rooms. The structure of files is unreasonable . The contents are incomplete .The way of management is outdated . The file clerks have no strong sense to serve people.And we are short for the multiple specialties.So it is necessary to enforce the file clerks team ,improve their qulifications ,reform the way of management and fasten the steps to make information computerize . These measures mean the right direction of the reform . |
