| Abstract: | Corporate governance has close relationship with property rights institution. Corporate governance is the organizational form of corporation property institution in some sense. The paper argues that the diversification of property rights structure is the basic premise of the validity of corporate governance. The paper also analyses the diversification of property rights deeply. |
