| 摘 要： | 开发了由曲面数据文件转化为凸轮零件的造型技术方法 ,实现了弧面分度凸轮的计算机辅助设计。通过对变直径刀具加工凸轮的理论分析 ,找到了一种利用变直径刀具进行弧面分度凸轮加工的方法 ,完成了用变直径刀具实现弧面分度凸轮的CAD/CAM一体化

| Abstract: | A method of cam drawing by transforming data files of curved surfaces to CAD model is developed which realizes the computer-aided design of globoidal indexing cam. Basing on the theory analysis of machining globoidal indexing cam with scalable tools, a new method for machining globoidal indexing cam with scalable diameter tools has been found. Moreover, the integrated CAD/CAM of the cam has been realized with scalable diameter tools. |
