| 摘 要： | 高职教育师资队伍建设必须建立健全师资队伍建设的有效机制 ,建设教师培养快车道。培养“双师型”教师是师资队伍建设的核心 ,开通多种渠道 ,为教师向“双师型”发展创造条件。兼职教师作为师资队伍的外延群体 ,重要的是管理问题。

| Abstract: | The building of teachers is the fundamental project of a school development. Teacher cultivation is the essential link of initiation on education chain; it is the necessity of realizing the high-standard higher education and carrying out the strategy of national talent. Teacher cultivation must adhere to create continuously, to make progress with time. Cultivating dual teachers is the core of building teachers, so we must create favorable conditions for them. As for the part-time teacher, as the extensive group of building teachers, the most important is how to manage them. |
