油砂干馏热解实验研究

摘    要:油砂为非常规油气资源,其开发利用战略意义重大。采用外热式管式炉干馏试验装置进行实验。通过干馏实验获取油砂中的油气,经冷凝回收气、液产品,配合铝甑及工业分析进行对比分析。获取油砂干馏的升温曲线、升温速率,油砂油收率及硫的分布及形态。为验证干馏工艺的适用性,完善适合的干馏加工路线及各种干馏参数提供实验室支持,对后继的工业化生产摸索经验和数据资料储备。实验结论表明干馏工艺适合油砂制油,油砂油凝点较低,瓦斯热值高,550℃即达到干馏终点。同时对硫化氢的治理提出要求。

Abstract:As an unconventional oil and gas resource,oil sand has significance for developing and utilizing.The experiment is carried out by adopting external heating tubular furnace carbonization testing device.Oil and gas in the oil sand will be obtained by carbonization experiment.Gas and liquid product will be recovered by condensation.Comparative analysis will be carried out by cooperating with aluminum retort and industrial analysis.Heating curve and heating rate of oil sand in oil sand carbonization,the yield of oil sand,distribution and form of sulfur will be obtained to test the applicability of carbonization process,to provide lab support by perfect and suitable carbonization processing route and all kinds of carbonization parameters and to gain experience and data for the subsequent industrialized production.The experiment result shows that carbonization is suitable for making oil by oil sand.Oil solidifying point of oil sand is very low,the calorific value of gas is high and can reach carbonization terminal at 550℃.At the same time,this essay puts forward the requirements for governance of sulfureted hydrogen.
