摘    要:通过文献调查,回顾了女性在奥林匹克运动会中争取平等体育权力的历程,结合国际奥委会及相关国际体育组织中女性任职的情况,分析目前女性在参与国际体育组织领导决策权中存在的问题:体育领导决策层女性比例偏低;女性参与体育决策不够;女性任职要求苛刻;女性参与决策的途径不顺畅;发展中国家女性在国际体育组织中决策层人数极少;女性自身的素质制约参与体育决策.最后提出相关的建议与对策.

Abstract:The paper elaborates the history of female's fights for the equal athletic right in Olympics by methods of documentary.Combining the fact of posts offered for female in International Olympic Committee and other related international sports organizations,the writer analyses the following problems existing in female involvement of leadership: the proportion of female in the management hierarchy is comparatively low,especially there are the fewer women from developing countries among those policy-makers in international sports organizations;female involvement in making decision is insufficient;the requirements of female holding posts are harsh;the pathway for female to do policy-making decisions is blocked; and qualities of female's own restrict their participating in decision making as well.At last,It also puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.
