| 摘 要： | 具有易学、有趣、健身和参与性强、投入成本低等优势的娱乐排球运动,长期来未能在全民健身领域得到较好推广发展,究其原因是:对该运动认知度低,缺少推广技术人员,由什么机构发动组织职责不清等.以此为依据确立了整体发展与对号入座相结合;技术人员培训与下基层指导相结合;价值、打法和教法研究与宣传相结合;明确职责与建立协调机制相结合;推广普及与竞赛活动相结合等发展该运动的思路.经局部地区和一些企事业开展娱乐排球的成功例证及专家论证表明,"思路"具有合理性和可行性.
