| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、个案分析和逻辑分析等方法,对体育仲裁适用范围的概念作了科学界定,对竞技体育领域发生的争议作出归类,然后根据与我国刑事诉讼制度、行政复议制度、行政诉讼制度、其他仲裁制度及管理制度的关系,最终确定了我国体育仲裁的适用范围,从而为建立我国体育仲裁制度提供一定的理论支持.

| Abstract: | Through such methods as reviewing relevant literature, case study and logical analysis, the thesis writer first scientifically defines the application range of the sports arbitration, and later classifies the disputes taking place in the competitive sports arena and finally designates the application range of our sports arbitration based on our criminal procedure system, administrative further discussion system, administrative procedure system and other arbitration and management systems in the hope of offering certain theoretical support to the construction of our sports arbitration system. |
