| Abstract: | Analyzing from the aspects of culture value, constitution and substance technolo gy, the writer considers that nationwide body-building is an important approach to practicing advanced culture. On the basis of analyzing the effects of western rural economy and culture on restriction and promoting of nationwide fitness pr ogram, the writer finally puts forwards the thinking of constructing nationwide body-building and advanced culture in western country. |
