| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对普通高校体育保健课教学现状进行分析和研究,提出普通高校体育保健课应贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想和改进普通高校体育保健课教学的措施,为进一步完善高校体育保健课程建设提供参考.
