摘    要:目的:通过运动训练对年轻肥胖女性减肥实验的研究,为科学减肥方法提供实验依据.方法:采用有氧运动、抗阻力训练与饮食干预对肥胖女性进行减肥实验,对减肥效果实行定时测试和评价.结果:受试者体脂含量降低,肌耐力增强,腰围指标下降,且与体重和体脂%的变化基本一致.结论:1.有氧运动、抗阻力训练与饮食干预对减肥有显著的效果;2.将腰围、体重和F%三者结合评价身体脂肪量的变化是可靠和有效的;3.在封闭训练条件下,综合措施的定量化是减肥效果的保证.

Abstract:This paper studies the effects of aerobics,anti-resistance training and diet interference on weight-losing obese women and offers experimental basis to the research of scientific weight-losing methods.Methods:Aerobics anti-resistance training and diet inferferent are emploed to regularly test and evaluate the weightlosing lesult of obese women.Results:Testees' body fat is loweled but musck stamina increased.The wasth line is narroued and in line with the chompe of body height and Fop.Conclusion:1.Aerobics,anti-resistance training and diet inferference have a marhed effect on weight loss.2.It is a reliable and effective method to combine waistline,weight and Fop to compreronsiely evaluate body fat chonge.3.fixing the quantity of the comprerensie measult is the guarantee for maihtaining weight-losing lesult.
