高住低练对世居高原运动员运动能力的影响

摘    要:对世居高原的20名运动员(实验组、对照组各为男6名、女4名)进行了高住低练法的研究.其方法为:实验组(6男、4女)夜间睡在模拟4 000m低压舱(10:00pm-6:00am;8小时),白天在原居住的高度进行强度训练(共4周),对照组(6男、4女)睡练均在2 260m,并执行相同的训练计划.结果显示,世居高原运动员对间歇性暴露于4 000m高原有较好的适应性,但未能达到刺激肾脏释放EPO和通气量增大的低氧效应;虽然实验组VO2max、3 000m比赛成绩自身前后比较有所提高(P<0.05),但与对照组相比无明显的差异(P>0.05).

Abstract:The paper carries on an research of living high-training low in 20 athletes who lives in the highland.The experiment group and control group included 6 male and 4 female respectively.Methods:the experiment subjects slept in hypobaric chamber of simulated 4000m at night(from 10:00 p.m.to 6:00 a.m.) and trained in living altitude for about four weeks.The control subjects both slept and trained in 2260 altitude under the same training plan.The result indicates that athletes of high dwellers have better adaptability on intermittent hypoxia exposure in 4000m altitudes,but does not have enough hypoxia effects on EPO release of kidney and ventilatory quantity enhancement.The experiment subjects manifested positive effects on VO_2max and 3000m competitive capability improved comparing with itself before and after competition(P<0.05),but does not show significant differences comparing with control group(P>0.05).
