| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法等研究方法,立足于对南宁、兰州、银川、昆明四城市妇女进行调查,分析妇女参与民族传统体育的现状和特点,揭示影响妇女参与民族传统体育的主要因素,并提出相关建议,为妇女体育的全面发展和全民健身的实施提供理论与实践依据.
