| 摘 要： | 在提倡“以人为本”、“健康第一”、全面推行全民健身计划的形势下,对大学生进行终身体育意识的教育是十分必要的,大学体育教育应当抓住有利时机进行体育锻炼习惯、方法、能力的培养,深化高校体育教学的改革,以满足社会对合格人才的需求.
