| 摘 要： | 以文献资料等为主要研究方法,对新中国全运会的演进历程与阶段特征进行研究.研究发现:我国全运会演进历程大致经历了新中国初期的两个发展高峰;文革时期的全面停滞;改革开放初期的改革与发展;深化改革时期的迅速发展;后奥运时期承前启后,探索创新等五个阶段.研究还提出:我国全运会将体现出转变发展理念;创新评价体系;重新定位功能;构建诚信机制,加强道德建设等未来发展走向.
