| 摘 要： | 竞技体育在现代社会发展中有十分特殊的作用.面对世界竞技体育日益激烈的竞争和我国竞技体育在新世纪的宏伟战略目标,我省竞技体育需要做大量的工作.必须高度重视竞技体育人才资源开发,推动我省竞技体育可持续发展,使体育工作在实现我省跨越式发展中发挥更大的作用.
