| 摘 要： | 运用理论分析的方法，阐述篮球内线队员抢篮板球能力的重要作用，以及影响篮球内线队员拼抢篮板球能力的4个方面：拼抢意识是抢篮板球能力的首要因素；身体对抗能力是拼抢篮板球能力的重要基础；技术是拼抢篮板球能力的核心：配合是拼抢篮板球能力的保障。

| Abstract: | Discussed in the present paper with the method of theoretical analysis is the significant function of inner basketball players' backboard recovering capabilities as well as the 4 influential aspects for such abilities :the rebound-recovering mentality, which is the principal factor for such tacking competence ;the body's antagonistic power, which is the important foundation; techniques , which are the core of the snatching capacity; teamwork ,which is the guarantee for the abilities to receive rebounds. |
