| 摘 要： | 成熟社区体育的标志是拥有完善的社区体育服务网络体系.我国现阶段城市社区体育服务网络发育不全、资金来源困难,服务队伍素质不高等诸多现实因素制约社区体育建设的发展,建议通过增强社区体育自治功能、资源整合、功能重组、政策支持、资金来源多渠道和扩大志愿者队伍等综合措施,建立和逐步完善具有中国社会主义特色的城市社区体育服务网络体系.

| Abstract: | The sign of ripe community sports has perfect community sports service network systems. The urban service network of community sports is imperfect at present in China, difficult of capital source, low quality of service team and some other factors restrict community sports' construction. The writer suggests that it should set up and perfect the urban community sports service network system with China characteristic through strengthening sports autonomy function , integration of the resources , function recombination , multi-channel policy support , capital source and expanding such comprehensive measures as volunteer's team ,etc. |
