| 摘 要： | 我国体育事业必须与社会主义市场经济相适应，它既不能排斥市场机制，也不能完全纳入市场经济的运行轨道。我国体育事业应当实行半市场化，由过去单一的计划机制向计划与市场相结合的运行机制转变，其具体形态表现为三种类型。体育改革的一项重要任务就是探索在当时具体条件下市场机制作用的强度和范围，体育事业运行中市场机制与计划机制的最佳结合点。

| Abstract: | ChineSe sports cause must suits to the socialist market economy and it neither excludesthe market mechanism nor is included into the orbit of the market economy. Sports cause in Chinashould carries out a semi-market model and gradually con verts from the monoplan mechanism in to thatof the plan-market complex economy,which displays three concrete models. It is a important task forsports reformation to investigate the affecting intensity and scope of the market mechanism under thecurrent conditions,as well as the optimal link-point of the market mechanism and plan mechanism asthe sports cause moves on. |
