| 摘 要： | 体育文化是天府新区建设与发展过程中相对较弱的部分，却也是凸现天府新区特色的重要内容之一。采用文献资料法、比较研究法和逻辑分析法，对天府新区体育文化与经济同步发展的必要性、可能性及面临的问题等进行了分析。结果表明，天府新区的体育文化发展对天府新区的社会发展实现整体最优目标有非常重要的意义。在阐述欧美发达国家体育文化与城市经济协调发展的经验之上，提出在天府新区建设过程中，要充分发挥政府的顶层设计与指导作用，要把产业化的城市赛事联盟作为天府新区体育文化发展的中长期规划，积极推动和鼓励自组织的全民健身活动以及充分发挥学校体育在天府新区体育文化建设中的重要作用。

Preliminary Conception of Synchronized Development of Sports Cultural and Economy in Tianfu New Area |

| Abstract: | Sports culture is a relatively weak part in the construction and development of the Tianfu New Area, while it is also one of the important issues reflecting the characteristics of the Tianfu New Area. The research, using documentary, comparative method and logic analysis, studies the necessity, possibility as well as the problems of the synchronous development of sports culture and economy in the area. The results showed that sports cul-ture development is of great importance to the realization of overall optimum objects of the new area’ s social de-velopment. Upon the basis of illustrating the experiences of coordinated development between sports culture and urban economic development in European and American developed countries, it proposed that the top-level design of national polices should be fulfilled, the industrialized urban sports events league should be taken as its medium and long term planning, self-organized national fitness activities should be actively encouraged, and the important function of school physical education should be fully exerted during the construction of the Tianfu New Area. |
