| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、实地调研等研究方法，对我国体育公共服务多元化供给的必然性进行探讨，并以常州市购买体育公共服务的实践个案来探索体育公共服务多元化供给方式。研究结果：通过明确购买主体、确定承接主体和规定购买内容等制定政府购买体育公共服务的实施办法；建立以会商协调、监督检查、绩效评价和信息公开为主的政府购买体育公共服务的运行机制。通过对常州市政府购买体育公共服务模式的研究，以期能对我国体育公共服务多元化供给模式起到借鉴作用。

Exploration of Government Purchasing Mode of Public Sports Service |

| Abstract: | Using method of documentary, survey and logical induction, the paper discusses the diversified public sports service supply mechanism in China to support the theory and practice of diversification of public sports services by organically integrating socialist market economic theory and contemporary Marxist theory with supply reform of public sports service. It conducts a case study of Changzhou in terms of its sports public service pur-chasing to explore the diversified supply approaches of public sports service. The results believe that the govern-ment purchasing measures of public sports service can be laid down by determining the purchasing and suppl-ying subjects. The purchasing mechanism of sports public services can be established based on discussion and coordination, supervision and examination, performance evaluation and information transparence. |
